1. Scope

These terms and conditions govern the use of jobsuchi.ch, operated by Fackler IT-Solutions, Olten, Switzerland. By registering, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

jobsuchi.ch provides AI-powered tools for job applications: CV scan, CV tailoring, cover letters, motivation letters, company checks, application tracking, calendar subscriptions, and photo optimisation.

Job imports — via the browser plugin or entered manually — are limited to 50 per calendar day (Swiss time). The counter resets at midnight.

3. Pricing and Payment

The full bundle costs 249 CHF for 6 months, including 300 applications. Individual tools are priced separately. Payment is processed via Stripe. All prices include VAT.

4. Refund Policy

You have a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. No questions asked. After the refund, your account will be deactivated.

5. User Obligations

You are responsible for the accuracy of your data. You may not use the service for illegal purposes or to infringe on the rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

All content generated by the AI is provided for your personal use. The platform and its code remain the property of Fackler IT-Solutions.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for the accuracy of AI-generated content. The user is responsible for reviewing all documents before submission.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the dashboard. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. The current version is always available on this page.
