Motivation Letter
Argues why you fit the role, instead of calling yourself motivated. The Swiss motivation letter that management and specialist roles usually ask for.
Features
A motivation letter should argue, not assert. The generator takes your CV and the job ad and builds the actual case for why you fit this role, with reasons attached. Nobody has ever been hired for writing "I am motivated and a team player", because it's a claim anyone can make about themselves for free.
The tone follows the employer. A startup gets a letter that sounds hands-on and direct; a large company gets one weighted towards values and stability. Both follow the Swiss standard for format and register.
You get a strong first draft and full control over it. What disappears is the evening spent staring at a blank page, which is usually where the letter dies.
How It Works
Upload your CV and paste in the job ad. The generator picks out your strongest arguments for this particular position and writes a full motivation letter to Swiss standards.
You read the draft, adjust what doesn't sound like you, and download it. What normally takes an evening takes minutes.
Who It's For
This is built for management and specialist roles, where Swiss employers often ask for a motivation letter on top of everything else and read it closely. It also helps if you know exactly why you want the job and lose the thread the moment you have to write it down.
Career changers get the most from it. When your CV doesn't tell an obvious story, the motivation letter is where you explain the jump, and that explanation has to be genuinely good rather than merely enthusiastic. Applying from Germany, you also get the CH conventions handled.
Why It Matters
In Switzerland the motivation letter is often requested alongside the cover letter, particularly for demanding roles. It's the one document where you get to explain the thing your CV can't: why this role, why this company, why now. Someone reading their fortieth application spots a stock phrase instantly, and a stock phrase answers none of those three questions. Real reasons do, and they're also much harder to write, which is exactly why they work.
