2. Service Description

jobsuchi.ch is a Swiss AI-powered job application platform. We provide tools for CV analysis, tailoring, cover letter generation, and application tracking.

3. Account

You must provide a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4. Fair Use

The bundle includes 300 applications over 6 months. Excessive use beyond fair use may result in limitation or termination.

5. Data Usage

Your data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. We use your data solely to provide the service.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service to create false documents, spam, or violate any laws.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance windows are announced in advance.

8. Liability

We are not liable for job application outcomes. The service provides tools — success depends on your qualifications and the job market.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Olten, Switzerland.
